12 Areas of Income in Modicare Global Plan 2022
मोदीकेयर बिज़नेस करने वाले consultants मोदीकेयर के पुराने Plan से 10 तरह की Income प्राप्त करते थे, लेकिन अब वे नए प्लान से 12 तरह की Income प्राप्त कर सकेगे। जैसा कि हम जानते हैं, अच्छी आय प्राप्त करने के लिए ही हर कोई नेटवर्क मार्केटिंग कंपनी से जुड़ता है। समीर मोदी ग्लोबल प्लान के अन्तर्गत , सभी प्रोत्साहन, बोनस, आय आदि (incentives, bonuses, incomes etc.) मोदीकेयर के Products और services की sale से जुड़े हैं। आप एक Modicare consultents के रूप में मासिक कमीशन और बोनस निम्न प्रकार से अर्जित कर सकते हैं। Modicare Global Plan 2022 का कमीशन चार्ट इस प्रकार है-
खुदरा लाभ (Retail Profit) 20% तक
यह तो आप जानते ही हैं कि जब कोई consultant प्रोडक्ट खरीदता हैं तो वह उसको DP price (distributer price) या consultant प्राइस पर मिलता है। जब वे उसी प्रोडक्ट को MRP पर शेयर करतें हैं या बेचतें (sell) हैं,तब वे 20% तक का प्रॉफ़िट ले सकतें हैं। MRP व DP के बीच का अंतर (difference) ही रीटेल प्रॉफ़िट कहलाता है। उदाहरण के लिए 1000 रू0 का Product 1200 रू0 में साझा या बेचा जा सकता है, इस तरह consultant 200 रू0 का खुदरा लाभ (Retail Profit) ले सकता है।
समीर मोदी सुपर बोनस (SMSB)
- मोदीकेयर कम्पनी अपने मासिक BV (business volume) का 3% SMSB पूल में रखती है।
- इस बोनस को पाने के लिए consultant को हर महीने मे कम से कम 60 PPV करने होंगें ।
- 5% से 8% तक वाले सभी consultants इसको पाने के योग्य होंगें ।
- Qualified Directors इसको नहीं ले सकेंगे।
- यह बोनस प्रत्येक महिने दिया जायगा।
Performance Bonus / प्रदर्शन बोनस
मोदीकेयर हर consultant को उसकी स्वयं की खरीद पर performance bonus देता है। यह बोनस पाने लिए consultant का स्वयं का 30 PPV होना आवश्यक है । इसके अतिरिक्त डाउनलाइन द्वारा किए गए ग्रुप BV पर भी बोनस मिलता है।
Performance bonus की स्लैब नए प्लान मे बदल दी गई हैं । पुराने प्लान के अनुसार यह स्लैब 7% – 16% होती थी परंतु अब यह 5% – 11% कर दी गई है।
Director Bonus / निदेशक बोनस
- जब कोई consultant 1200 GPV कर लेता है तो वह डायरेक्टर बन जाता है।
- डायरेक्टर बनने पर वह डायरेक्टर बोनस प्राप्त कर सकता है ।
- यह बोनस कम्पनी के 16% BV पूल से हर महीने दिया जाता है ।
- इस बोनस की गणना डायरेक्टर बोनस अंकों के आधार पर “प्वाइंट सिस्टम” द्वारा की जाती है ।

Bike Bonus
सभी डायरेक्टर जो हर महिने 1200 PGPV करते है , वे कंपनी के 3% BV पूल मे हिस्सेदार हो जाते हैं । Bike Bonus हर Month में दिया जाता है। इस बोनस का calculation एक “प्वाइंट सिस्टम” द्वारा किया जाता है, जो डायरेक्टर बोनस अंकों के आधार पर होता ह। .
National Travel Fund
सभी Directors, SD, व ED इस बोनस को ले सकते हैं। National Travel Fund कम्पनी के मासिक BV के 4% pool से दिया जाता है। इस बोनस का भी calculation एक “प्वाइंट सिस्टम” द्वारा किया जाता है, जो डायरेक्टर बोनस अंकों के आधार पर होता है।
World Travel Fund
सभी SED व SED से ऊपर के Directors को कंपनी के मासिक BV के 3% पूल से World Travel Fund मिलता है । इसका भी calculation एक “प्वाइंट सिस्टम” द्वारा किया जाता है, जो के आधार पर होता है।
Car Fund
Car Fund सभी Platinum व Platinum से ऊपर के Directors को कंपनी के मासिक BV के 4% पूल से मिलता है। यह 50000 रू महिने तक दिया जाता है।
House Bonus
House Bonus सभी Dimond व Dimond से ऊपर के Directors को कंपनी के मासिक BV के 2% पूल से मिलता है। यह 60000 रू महिने तक दिया जाता है।
Leadership Bonus
लीडरशिप बोनस टीम में लीडर बनाने के लिए इनाम के रूप में किया जाता है। यह सभी senior directors या उससे ऊपर के टाइटल के directors को दिया जाता है। इसके अतिरिक्त जब आपके पास 3600 GPV की कम से कम एक leg हो और उस Leg मे एक PAT director या वरिष्ठ निदेशक या Higher Title हो , तो आप लीडरशिप बोनस प्राप्त करने के योग्य हो जाते हैं। यह बोनस कंपनी के मासिक BV के 15% पूल से मिलता है व हर महिने दिया जाता है ।
Black Dimond Bonus
सभी qualified Black Diamond, Double Black Diamond and Triple Black Diamond directors इस बोनस को प्राप्त करने के योग्य होते हैं। यह बोनस कम्पनी के मासिक BV के 0.7% पूल से दिया जाएगा। यह बोनस हर महिने 5 लाख रू तक कमाया जा सकता है ।
Red Dimond Bonus
सभी पेड-एज़-टाइटल रेड डायमंड, डबल रेड डायमंड और ट्रिपल रेड डायमंड, “रेड डायमंड बोनस” अर्जित करने के पात्र हैं। Modicare, कंपनी के मासिक बीवी का 0.3% रेड डायमंड बोनस पूल के रूप में अलग रखती है। आपके रेड डायमंड बोनस की गणना करने के लिए, आपके 18डायरेक्टर बोनस पॉइंट्स को रेड डायमंड बोनस पॉइंट्स वैल्यू से गुणा किया जाता है। यह बोनस मासिक भुगतान किया जाता है। इस बोनस की मासिक कैपिंग 10 लाख रु. है ।
